**Test Data:** When you record and run tests, we process the actions and assertions you create. We do not store sensitive data from the websites you test unless you explicitly configure us to do so.

We do not currently publish SOC 2, ISO, or penetration-test reports on this site. No security measures are perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. We also retain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

**Test Data:** Test execution logs are retained for 90 days by default. You can configure longer retention periods in your account settings.

**Account Data:** If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

**Access:** You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

**Correction:** You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.

Endia is based in the United States. If you are accessing our services from outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US or other countries where our service providers operate.

We rely on our hosting and subprocessors' published transfer mechanisms where applicable. We do not claim a specific contractual framework on this page beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy and provider agreements.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete such information.
